Information that may be shared with third parties

Your right to privacy, and the confidentiality of your Personal Information, are of paramount importance to us. Any information provided by you will not be shared with any third party, except for the intended purpose for which such information is provided by you, in which case your consent would be implied.

To the extent that you upload Personal Information or execute documentation via the Website (or any other means enabled by Realgage Services) in connection with any transaction that you enter into, we may share your Personal Information and such documentation to enable the such transaction, and which sharing would be communicated to you, through relevant messages on the Website and/or through any other medium, including, but not limited to, emails, phone calls, or text messages from us.

Only when you initiate a chat with us on our website, the IP address you are assigned by your ISP is automatically transmitted to the third party software that we use for providing the chat service. This IP address is required for the chat service to work and is automatically deleted from the third party servers within one day as per the third party’s published terms. Along with your IP address, other non-personally-identifying information is also sent such as the browser user-agent and that is also deleted within one day. All chats transcripts are encrypted and also deleted within one day by the chat service provider (as per the service provider documentation). Your IP address and other non-personally-identifying information is not directly visible to the Realgage Services team member who is chatting with you and hence remains invisible to the parties involved. Should you have any concerns regarding sharing the IP address with a third party, please do not use the chat service and you can communicate with us through other means available on our platform.

We do not however rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other persons for their direct marketing purposes.

  • Retention

Realgage Services will not retain any data or information for longer than is required for the purpose for which such data or information was collected or may lawfully be used or is otherwise required under any other law for the time being in force.

  • Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

In order to protect against the loss, unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration of the information entrusted to, shared with, or disseminated by us, we take generally accepted and industry-standard security measures, both during the transmission and storage of such information. The information is kept in Google’s cloud data centers which are secured through Google’s own robust security.
All sensitive information such as User passwords is encrypted when stored on our servers.
